By October, students are expected to following the morning procedures and afternoon procedures with few or no reminders.

 

Morning Procedures

Come in quietly and unpack

Put homework in the Homework Bin

Put notes for Mrs. Gallagher in her bin

Sign up for lunch if buying

Copy down the homework- wait for Mrs. Gallagher to sign your book

Check your desk for two sharpened pencils

Read the board and begin the morning work

 

End of Day Procedures

Check to be sure you have all of the worksheets and folders you will need for homework

Check your mailbox

Pack up and read quietly while you wait to be dismissed
